Hunters Run is a mandatory membership community. “Community Management Organization” (CMO) is the on-site management company serving the 23 community Associations in Hunters Run since 1991. CMO handles the many facets of property management, from the physical supervision of the property maintenance to administrative and financial matters. Quarterly POD fees are dependent upon your particular property purchase. Buyers may call the Community Management Organization at 561-734-5000 to determine exact fees and coverage on any given property.
In addition to managing and maintaining 23 associations, CMO offers multiple fee based services for the convenience of Hunters Run’s members from helping with luggage or securing homes for a hurricane.
With 30 years of maintenance experience, and a track record of doing it right the first time, CMO has extended their maintenance services to Homeowners for those repairs that are not covered by the Association.
CMO offers seasonal luggage handling services to assist with carrying luggage, groceries, packages, etc. from members’ vehicles. This service is offered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Need someone to look after your home while you are away? Our licensed and insured specialists can help. CMO’s “HomeWatch” program offers a thorough inspection of homes and condominiums when homeowners are away. Reports include pictures and a checklist of the completed inspection after every visit.
