Our newly remodeled and expanded Fitness Center features state of the art equipment, a full line of varied cardiovascular machines and weight training equipment, a free weight room, an aerobics room, a stretching area and all levels of classes including: Interval Aerobics & Strength, Core Conditioning, Stretch & Tone, Water Aerobics, Zumba, Body Sculpting, Functional Fitness, Step Aerobics & Abs, and Yoga. Interval Aerobics & Strength is a cardio/strength class incorporating intervals of callisthenic moves with strength conditioning to produce optimum fitness levels.
Our professional staff of personal trainers can design a program to suit each individual. One-on-one training sessions are available to those who want a personalized fitness program or who want to have a trainer on a regular basis. All instructors are Certified Exercise Specialists.
